Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations fewer than 4 nights require payment in full in order to confirm your reservation.
- Reservations that are 4 nights or more only require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your reservation.
- Method of payment PayPal, Credit Card or Cash; deposit must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
- Deposit is refundable less $50 administrative fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- There is a 50% penalty if canceled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival and no refund thereafter.
- Balance is due upon arrival.

Occupancy Policy:
- You may have 1 extra guest in the Deluxe and Junior rooms, and 2 extra guests in the Penthouse -- $20.00 per adult guest per night.
- You may have 2 Children, 12 years of age or under, in any room -- $10.00 per child per night
- All room rates, except the Penthouse, are based on double occupancy. Penthouse rates based on 4 occupants (2 couples) but can accommodate up to six guests.
- Sorry no pets allowed.
